Accepted Payment Modes
We accept multiple payment modes, including net banking, debit cards, credit cards, (Amex, RuPay, Visa, Mastercard accepted,) UPI, PayTM, Google Pay, PhonePe, BharatPe, Demand Drafts (DD), Cheque, or Bank UPI payments for both online and offline orders. In case of payment with a cheque or demand drafts, the due amount has to get cleared before processing the order. Please note that the payment has to be confirmed on our end before we can process your order.
Our Payment Processors
We rely on external payment processors, namely “Razorpay” and “Payu Money” , for processing the transaction for online payments. Therefore, as a business, we do not have any detailed financial information, including your card numbers, Bank account number, or any other sensitive financial information. The limited information helps us identify your order, resolve your queries, update you on the status of your order, and process replacements faster, making your shopping experience pleasurable with us.

Shipping Policy
We share both within Bangalore and Pan India (limited products only; for details on availability, please use the Pin code feature on the website) via our delivery partners. Please find a detailed breakdown of the order processing timelines, and other details below:
Within Gujarat / Domestic (India)
Shipping within Gujarat takes anywhere between 2–7 working days, depending on the product and delivery location. Processing timelines may vary based on stock availability and the logistics arrangements. Customers within Gujarat can also opt for pickup from our Morbi unit upon prior confirmation.
For domestic delivery, please ensure unloading arrangements are made in advance. Unloading charges are not included in the product cost and are to be borne by the buyer.
Outside Gujarat / Export Orders
Shipping outside Gujarat or for international/export orders may take 1 to 3 weeks, depending on packaging, documentation, and transit. Additional time may be required to ensure damage-proof packing and coordination with international logistics partners.
For all export deliveries, we request you to contact us directly to discuss container arrangements, documentation, customs formalities, and unloading support. Please reach out via WhatsApp, call, or email to finalize export-related shipping details.
Cancellations
Once the order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or altered under any circumstances. Therefore, we urge you to speak to your contractors for detailed information on the measurements, technical aspects of the construction, your shortlisted options including colours, material, and design, as well as the quantity of the order so we can make your shopping experience with us as smooth and seamless as possible.
The shipment will be considered abandoned property if
- refused at the time of delivery, or
- delays in transportation because of unforeseen circumstances.
